Atari gets kicked out of Nasdaq

Well they were warned. Atari announced that the company received a letter on May 7,2008 notifying the company that it will be delisted from the Nasdaq Global Market. All trading of Atari’s shares will be suspended on May 9.

Atari believes this will not affect it’s proposed merger with Infogrames, but it definitely can’t be good.
