Nintendo’s Marketing chief to leave

George Harrison has announced that he is leaving Nintendo to Reuters over the telephone. Rumors had started in June that top executives were planning to leave when Nintendo of America decided to move sales and marketing to San Francisco and New York.

“I have confirmed to all employees that I will be leaving at the end of December and not making the move to California,” Harrison told Reuters by telephone.

Harrison did not mention any future plans but I think it’s pretty safe to say he has quite the resume to show off.
