Yard Sale Hidden Treasures: Sunnyville is a Yard Sale game where you travel around Sunnyville to your new neighbor’s garage sales and collect items to decorate your new Sunnyville home. It’s a pretty fun seek-and-find game where with some really goofy characters as your neighbors. Since it’s a iPhone game, it’s designed to be easy to pick up and put down, and even once you’ve beat the main game to decorate your new home, the game opens up so you can continue to play on the go. I had a lot of fun with this game because it is easy to play short bits whenever I had a moment. I would do one or two levels at a time and then put it down and do something else. The smaller platform makes it difficult if you have bad eyes like me to play for long periods at a time. Mobile game graphics aren’t awesome when compared to PC or console games, but I was charmed by the illustrated neighbors and the detailed yards you have to search in.

The other part of the game, aside from the seek-and-find is the creation of new items from different run-down pieces you find in your neighbor’s sales. Like cutting and repainting a large barrel to make a toy chest. There’s some pretty innovated home decoration ideas put to use in these mini-games, and I found myself appreciating a lot of the ideas they came up with. Overall, Yard Sale: Sunnyville is definitely worth checking out for the $2.99 price if you’re a fan of seek-and-find games. There’s a lite version available as well if you want to check it out before spending the money.
