Earlier this week, Billie Joe Armstrong leaked to KROQ that they were working on a Rock Band Green Day game. Today we get a press release from Harmonix announcing the release of Green Day music to Rock Band as downloadable content.

The first set of Green Day songs will be a three-pack from their latest release, 21st Century Breakdown on July 7th. The songs are: 21 Guns, Know Your Enemy, East Jesus Nowhere. Additional Green Day songs and projects will be announced later.
