Amidst all the other announcements we are going to see over the next few days, LucasArts got a preemptive jump on the E3 news by announcing they are working with Telltale Games to bring gamers back to Monkey Island.

Tales of Monkey Island will be released as five monthly episodic releases featuring an all new storyline for PC and Wiiware gamers. And later in the summer, The Secret of Monkey Island: Special Edition will be landing on the Xbox 360 Arcade. This special edition features high definition graphics, remastered music, and is completely voiced over.
