I read the interview and he says the same thing. How can you be sure that he definately explores the relationship when all he said was “she is just a young girl”….not to pester you but I am very interested in this aspect…

I already read the interview. He denies their “love story” saying something like they explore their relationship deeper but it is not a romance. He said she is just “a young girl”. too young for that sort of thing. (but still old enough to get married eh?). But seeing as it is 7 months in advance I would think/hope he would keep details like that on the DL. So I think there is some romantic VIBE running through their relationship. did you get a different sort of interview?

I have my interview to put up still, but Burton definitely tries to explore the relationship between the Mad Hatter and Alice and we do get a better look as to who the Mad Hatter is. When you have Johnny Depp playing him, you can’t blame Tim Burton for focusing on the character a bit more.

It looks like the perfect Disney/ Burton mix. It’s a bit strange that there’s such a focus on the Mad Hatter, but with Jonny Depp playing him, I can’t complain.

I am a huge Alice in Wonderland nut! I love the fact that Tim Burton decided to put a twist on Wonderland much like “Alice” the PC game. I will go see this is IMAX 3D for sure.
