Gears of War 2 players can look forward to a Double XP weekend on the Xbox 360 from Friday, July 3 through Monday, July 6.
The winning team in ranked matches gets an additional 500 XP.
In addition, Horde Mode is getting an update according to the Gear’s forums. The Tickers will be showing up more during the Horde waves and the 10th wave will be nothing but Tickers.
