No More Heroes

Hardcore gaming on the Wii took a hit today when developer Suda 51 says that their franchise must spread out if it wants to expand.

A sequel to the Wii title is currently being worked on by Goichi Suda’s Grasshopper Manufacture.

Suda 51 told Edge, “I really want to make No More Heroes a big franchise and with this second episode have bigger success. I’m putting a lot of care into developing this IP, as I feel there’s a lot of potential.

“I think this is the last No More Heroes that is going to be developed on Wii. To expand it to new possibilities, we need a new platform. Wii is a great platform, but we’ve done everything we can with it now.”
