When Capcom throws the banhammer, it means business. Someone used a cheat while playing Monster Hunter 3 and what was their punishment? A ban for 7 millenia, that’s right until December 12, 9999.

You are presently banned for using modded data to connect online. The ban will be left at 22:49 on 12/12/9999. The next time you violate the terms of use, you will never again be able to connect.”

That is a serious banhammer.
