    NewU fitness game released today!

    The fitness craze for Wii certainly isn’t over, and we should all know a bit about the NewU Fitness First Personal Trainer “game” by now.     Level Up Game Demo Winners Announced

    At Austin GDC, Intel announced the winners of their Level Up Game Demo Challenge. Sitting on the judges’ panel were Will Wright, Sid Meier and Brad Wardell. Awards were handed out to the top three games in each category, as well as an honourary Judge’s Award.     Riverman Media Annouces Cash Cow for the iPod Touch/ iPhone

    Riverman Media has announced several new uncoming titles for the iPod Touch/ iPhone. Cash Cow is a coin counting game which gives player the chance to help Buck the Cow and friends save the farm. The objective is to earn money by counting your loose change.     As if we didn’t have enough geeky soda with the various game fuels that have come out, Jones is upping the standard by releasing a special case of soda that’s for all of the Dungeons & Dragons fans out there!     Konami Announces Reflection for the DSi

    Konami just announced Reflection, their first title for Nintendo DSi available on Nintendo DSiWare for download. In Reflection, players take on the role of an adventurer named Kirra who is tasked with retrieving a magical mirror that has been inadvertently broken, unleashing a shattered reality and splitting Kirra’s character into two parts.     Where oh where to begin…. A long long time ago, in a country that is cold & disgusting to live in for about 8 months every year, I was born. I had a grade 5 reading level by the time I started grade two, played my first computer game (Oregon Trail) on the green screened Apples in my elementary school library, and can thankfully say that even though I have had several opportunities to, I have never (yet) thrown a controller into a TV or wall. We had an Atari 2600 when I was a kid. My first game console. I played Q-Bert, Galaga and Dark Chambers religiously. I don’t remember what ever happened to it…..
