I think most people are with me when I say that “Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog” is one of the best web series out there. It’s fun and entertaining with just the right amount of evil. Created by Joss Whedon and starring Neil Patrick Harris, Nathan Fillion, Felicia Day and Simon Helberg, Dr. Horrible shot to the top of iTunes TV downloads list for three weeks, and is still in the top ten today.

Recently, “Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog” won an Emmy for Outstanding Special Class – Short Format Live-Action Entertainment Program! This is really great that something born during the writer’s strike as a short web series wins an Emmy. And I know that all of us at Gaming Angels send them a big congrats on the honor!

Don’t forget to also check out the “Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog” DVD, which from what I’ve seen has some great extras, such as “Commentary! The Musical” where they sing about the show, themselves and other things, and the top ten videos of fans applying to the Evil League of Evil.
