Tokyo Game show doesn’t start until tomorrow, but EA is kicking things off with a pre-TGS press conference. We aren’t lucky enough to be in Tokyo this year (maybe someone will sponsor us for next year), but we’re collecting all the coverage that we can as it’s being announced.

Kotaku has a live blog of the EA event which starts with FIFA 10. New to the game is 360 dribbling, skilled dribbling and freedom in physical play. From there EA demos Army of Two: 40th Day. In Army of Two: 40th Day, they increased the difficulty of the enemy AI and now there are new units called “heavy units” which will take you and your partner to take down.

Dead Space Extraction was shown next which is out for the Wii in Japan on October 1. MySims Agents was shown next where they mention that the game includes a search for a Yeti!

EA then picks up the speed to feature Need for Speed Nitro, the game they want to make sure Grandma can play. Kim Swift steps up to demo Left 4 Dead 2 and announces that the demo will be out on October 27 with the game to be released on November 20.

For the Dante’s Inferno demo, they showcased the level of Lust. EA ends the night talking about Bad Company 2 and how it will be the best online first person shooter for 2010.

That’s it for EA. We’ll probably get more trailers to post tomorrow. Until then, we’ll be watching to cover the latest news coming from Tokyo!
