Friday edition of 5 at 5!

Welcome to the Friday edition of 5@5! It’s back! Thank you for the wonderful responses from yesterday. When we meld down the exact format and I figure out how to add music to it, we’ll make it downloadable through iTunes so you can truely pick up the cast after work and listen on your ride home. Today we go over news and Tom French’s hair. I just want to tackle hug him! Oh and a huge disappointment in gaming for me. Enjoy the cast and please send me your opinions for next week! Have a great weekend! xoxo Trina [podcast]http://www.gamingangels.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/audio-recording-2.mp3[/podcast] Follow

Gaming Angels at New York Anime Fest

This year was my second year checking out the New York Anime Fest (NYAF), and I was quite excited to go! I have to say that it seemed a lot smaller than last year, but I still had a great time and enjoyed all of the panels, costumes and booths that I visited. My first day was Saturday, and I arrived a little bit after the show opened. The con took place in the lower level of the Jacob Javits center, and was set up a bit better from last year. The dealers room seemed smaller, but there was still a good amount of things for people to browse, and happily it seemed that Artist Alley (independent artists) seemed a lot larger, and I had a great time browsing and wound up picking up a couple of chibi Zelda stickers (one now resides on my DS). Along with the NYAF

    Review: Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2

ESRB: M for Mature Genre: Action Adventure Number of Players: One (Two for Team Missions) Publisher: Tecmo/Team Ninja Release Date: September 29 2009 Rating: Buy it! Buy the PS3 version on Amazon, or check out the original 360 version. Having played (and been stumped) by the original version of Ninja Gaiden 2 on the 360, I decided to give the Sigma version of the game a try. Traditionally, the Sigma and Black versions of Ninja Gaiden have been near impossible to play difficulty-wise. Yet, knowing this full well, I find myself enjoying the latest Team Ninja had to offer me. Some people will laugh at me. “Ninja Gaiden isn’t that hard,”  they’ll say. Well, let me tell you, as some one who is not the best and hack & slash-esque titles, even playing this on easy is more difficult than most other games in this genre. Add in the fact
