Tripwire Interactive has announced they will be offering free weekend playtime via Steam for people interested in checking out Killing Floor. The free weekend will run from Thursday Oct 22 until Sunday Oct 25th.

The reason for the free weekend it two-fold. First of all, to allow people to try out a new game, but more importantly Tripwire is releasing a new content pack. “Level Up” will be their largest content pack yet, and they want everyone to give it a shot.

More details about what is included in the Level Up Content Pack will be made available on October 20th.
