JVC launches new Pocket Camera

nonameI find when it comes to cameras, you have the DLR for those artsy photos of portraits, landscapes, and the pretty flowers, or the point and click camera for those facebook snaps of parties, and vacations, the myspace styles profile shot, and random events. Most people don’t want to dragging around big and bulky cameras.

JVC now has a solution for those of us looking for something to carry around on the run.  They introduced their first pocket flash memory camera, the new PICSIO GC-FM1, which is being refered to as the Picsio.  This little guy can produce 8.0 megapixel stills photos and 1080p HD video.  The camera also has a 4X zoom which is clear with the image stabilization.
The camera is about the size of a small cell phone, and is available in three colors – Black Ice, Blue Steel and Purple Passion with a tone-on-tone geometric pattern and chrome accents. Very stylish for those of use the like our gadgets with a bit of personality.
