Namco Bandai reveals a new shooter

Namco Bandai has announced a brand new IP today which is a third person shooter called, Inversion. The game gives players the ability to mess with gravity using the Grappler device.

“Inversion will turn the shooter genre upside down – literally,” Namco Bandai’s US director of marketing and public relations Todd Thorson stated.

“Saber Interactive’s innovative gravity manipulation feature will blow away any preconceptions of what a contemporary shooter should be.”

Inversion is due for release on Xbox 360 and PS3 some time in 2010.
