PopCap games just received $22.5 million in it’s very first round of funding. In the ten years that PopCap has been around they have never obtained funding prior to now. PopCap has sustained profitability while growing to 240 employees.

David Roberts, the CEO of PopCap explains why they decided to get funding now.
