    Clickgamer Announces Tumble Jumble

    Clickgamer is planning to release the new puzzle game Tumble Jumble next week for the iPhone/ iPod Touch.  Tumble Jumble promises to be a colorful physics based puzzler. Players take on the role of an employee of Intergalactic Rodent Removal Company. Rotate and drop block shaped rodents into boxes while avoiding lasers and enemies. Tumble Jumble will offer over 60 levels of game play and an online global leaderboard with Facebook integration.

    Video games becoming more common globally

    The 2009 Today’s Gamers International Survey is now out and shows some very interesting stats on gaming and it’s global impact as well as some numbers on gender and gaming. Good news, more women are playing now than ever! The survey was conducted in the Netherlands, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Belguim and the United States. A total of 13,000 respondents were surveyed about their gaming interest, habits, intent to buy and motivation to play. According to the survey, American men and women spend more time and money on video games than European gamers. Out of the US citizens polled, 83% play video games and rank it as their favorite pastime. Only 72% of Europeans play games in contrast. The gender gap is getting even smaller with 80% of females and 87% of males admitting that they play games. For consoles, women are at 51% and men at 64%. In

    Halo Waypoint launches today

    Halo Waypoint launches today on Xbox 360. Many of you have already logged in and signed up. The free application tracks Achievements, adds Achievements, and houses the Halo Legends anime. The site also shows progress through the games, screenshots, videos, upcoming news, and avatar goodies. The Babysitter will be released exclusively on Halo Waypoint on November 7.

    The Onion to get a series on Comedy Central

    The Onion is getting their own series on Comedy Central. The series doesn’t have a name yet, but will be an online video series that will cover sports.     Battlefield: Bad Company 2 beta details announced

    Over at the Playstation Blog, the awesome Gordan Van Dyke has announced details of the Battlefield: Bad Company 2 multiplayer beta. The beta is coming exclusively to the Playstation 3 on November 19. The full release is due out in March 2010.     EA CEO sits with Fox Business to talk video games

    Fox Business sat down with EA’s John Riccitiello where he discussed everything about EA. He spoke about the upcoming holiday season and how he is confident that EA will see a jump in sales for Christmas season. They also talk about The Beatles: Rock Band, online market in China, Bioware, and how much he loves Dead Space.     Bioware announces Mass Effect 2 Collector’s Edition

    It’s definitely the time to start saving for Collector’s Editions as everyone is announcing their CE for next year’s release.     Assassin’s Creed: Lineage movie up

    A few weeks ago we wrote about the Assassin’s Creed: Lineage short movies that were going to be available on Youtube. The first one made it’s debut on October 27, 2009 and received amazing amount of hits. Within a period of 24 hours the clip received over 1.7 million views worldwide.
