In an interview with CNET, Microsoft claimed that 2 million Xbox users logged into Facebook through the Xbox 360.

Two million is only a small sampling of Xbox 360 users, but the figures are in the first week.

So what’s the verdict in the GamingAngels community? Do you use Facebook or Twitter on Xbox Live?

This has been a equally hot topic on other sites recently, especially since the update. I was involved in XBL's preview program during the time these features were being beta tested and I have to say they are ... Ok at best. I do not use Twitter but I often use Facebook and while the XBL version handles the basics, it leaves much to be desired. One can update their status, check out comments, and view certain pics but one cannot get notifications, utilize apps, or use many of the more viable features of Facebook. In the end, it does not replace a capable computer but it does open the door to a wider range of users and gets the job done for what it can do.2.5 out of five.
