Demon Days promises thrills and chills

demondays_bookA new and interesting novel called Demon Days was recently released, and seems like an interesting new book for those seeking a new thriller! Written by Richard Finney and D.L. Snell (one of the editors over at Permuted Press!), Demon Days tells the story of Sandy Travis and her husband:

While on vacation, journalist Sandy Travis and her fiancé Tom are in a
horrendous helicopter accident. Tom is seriously injured and has an NDE — a
Near Death Experience. After Tom is revived, he tells Sandy that he believes
he’s spoken to God. As it turns out, Tom is wrong. Horribly wrong.

Now Sandy is in a dangerous race to save her fiancé from dark forces that
want to control his every action. She must follow a trail of coded secrets
and targeted assassinations in order to unveil an otherworldly cabal
hell-bent on triggering Armageddon.

Now the synopsis is a bit brief to me, but the second paragraph is where some promise shows. There is also a little more added to that second paragraph on FinneyandSnell.com which hints that there is an underground society who takes advantage of people by using NDEs to orchestrate events that would bring on Armageddon. Seems like this may be an interesting book to pick up! You can find it at your local bookstore or online at Amazon, Borders and Barnes and Noble.
