PoxNora is an online CCG and it has just released a new expansion called Dire Covenant. Below is the explanation/description of the story behind the new expansion.

“A mysterious earthquake has ripped across the world and once again the lands are fractured. Old enemies are suddenly thrust together in a desperate bid for survival. Once great allies now eye each other with suspicion as swords are loosened from their sheathes. And while the world trembles on the brink of a new world, a darkened figure grins.”

This set includes:
- 72 new runes, 40 champions, 16 spells, 8 equipment, and 8 relics
- over 50 new abilities that allow players to spend Nora for a temporary stat boost with an ability called “channel”
- new avatar levels: avatars can now reach level 40
- a brand-new campaign with 4 encounters explaining the cataclysmic events causing Dire Covenant
- a fully interactive map of the PoxNora world spanning from the mountains to the bogs
- new limited edition champions: randomly packed alternate art foil champions are included in some of the game’s Dire Covenant boosters
