“All You Need Is Love” Raises Over $200,000 for Doctors Without Borders
Since September 9, 2009, Microsoft has donated 112 MS Points for every downloaded copy of “All You Need Is Love” for The Beatles: Rock Band. (There’s still two more days to do this, since it ends January 31!)
Turns out that adds up to a lot of cash. How much? As of today, over $217,000. That’s nothin’ to sneeze at. All that money goes to Doctors Without Borders, and because of fundraisers like these, DWB/MSF was able to respond to the Haitian crisis quickly by building emergency triage stations and responding to those with major injuries without delay.
Download this classic song in the next two days and lend your 112 points of help.
