Shonen Jump Chamionship Comes to Nashville

This upcoming weekend, February 27-28, the Shonen Jump Championship will be coming to Nashville, TN. Yu-Gi-Oh! players of all age will be gathering at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Convention Center to test their skills. For anyone in the area that wants to participate, the registration fee is $20, and every player that signs up will receive 5 Absolute Powerforce booster packs just for participating. Registration starts promptly as 8 a.m. and goes until 10 a.m. when round one starts.

The top 16 duelists from the Championship, as well as the top players from the Regional Qualifier on Sunday, earn themselves invitations to participate in their country’s 2010 National Championship. The top three finalists will receive a “Dark End Dragon” prize card, as well as the two finalists from Sunday’s bonus events. Sunday’s bonus events include a Pegasus League event and a Dragon Duel tournament for players 12 and younger. It will be a fun-filled two days for all players that want to test what they have.
