Tonight, I am sitting here watching Celebrity Fit Club. For those that might not be familiar, it’s a show on VH1 where they invite celebs to work out and follow a nutrition program to get fit. The program does have it’s dramatic moments, but overall there are some good tips about losing weight or different ideas for working out.

While watching tonight, it was funny to see the celebs take turns playing Wii Fit Plus. The showcased a Ninja Game (that Jay wanted to play), and Kaycee was so adorable while playing.

Just wanted to post this and show that even celebs use the Wii to work out!

This clip doesn’t show them working out with the Wii, but it will give you a taste of Celebrity Fit Club. The show is on VH1 at 9pm on Mondays.
