Kane & Lynch 2 Street Date Announced

By: Tiffany Nevin

IO Interactive, now part of Square Enix, announced today that Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days will be released on August 24 in North America, with Europe and other PAL territories getting it August 27, for PC, 360, and PS3.

You’ll still be following the same old criminals, but this time with new multiplayer modes. The game also features visuals inspired by documentary filmmaking, making it sometimes a little shaky and gritty, but honestly, that’s pretty cool. Want to see it? Check out the Kane & Lynch website here, which features the first in-game footage released. (There is some blurred nudity and bleeped and unbleeped language, so if you can’t get past the age gate, I recommend you not visit.)
