LA area radio station KROQ had a special guest on this morning’s “Kevin & the Bean” show — Shaun White.

There, he let loose with a secret that he’s been holding in for three years. He will have a new video game this holiday season! It’s been in development for quite a while, but the gold medal-winner seems really excited about the final result. He even said that it’s better than the first Tony Hawk game! (Mighty big shoes to say you can wear…)

We’ve got a long wait to find out if it’s actually as good as he says it is, but with a release date that late, there’s a chance we could even get some motion control added on. What we’d do with that in a skateboarding game, I’m not really sure, but the option is there!

I personally can’t wait to get some big air on the half-pipe.
