    Join ECA in voicing opinion on Violence in Video Games

    This is one of the important times where gamers should voice their opinion and make a difference. The U.S. Supreme Court is hearing an upcoming trial on violence in video games, Schwarzenegger V EMA. Yes that’s right, the state may be bankrupt, and falling apart, but our governator is making sure he attacks violent video games. “The Supreme Court has agreed to hear the State of California’s infamous ‘violent video game case’ later this year, or early next,” said Jennifer Mercurio, Vice President and General Counsel for the ECA. “At that time, the Court is going to listen to oral arguments on whether to agree with previous federal court findings or not. Agreeing would mean that they believe that video games are, and should continue to be, First Amendment protected speech; just like movies and music.     Keflings comes to Avatar Store

    Starting today, the avatar store is being invaded by Keflings. The avatar items are actually hints at what is coming to the World of Keflings. “When designing the avatar store for A World of Keflings we reached out to our fans to see what they would want,” said Brent Fox, Art Director at NinjaBee. “So in the store you’ll see a mixture of items requested by fans and items that give clues to what new characters and lands you’ll encounter in the Keflings sequel.” In other NinjaBee news, they released the trailer below for XBLA game, Ancients of Ooga.
