Yesterday IO Interactive (part of Square Enix Europe) and DC announced a partnership to create a Kane and Lynch comic book series. The comic will explore on Kane and Lynch’s criminal past. Ian Edginton is set to write the story and Chris Mitten will be the artist for the series. Both have been around the comic industry for awhile and I think should be good fits for the series.

“Kane & Lynch are two of the most interesting videogame characters I have ever seen,” said Hank Kanalz of DC Comics. “I think this new series will show the diversity of our line of books, as our creators capture the essence of these two criminals.” The first issue of the series is set to drop this August.
