New Battle.net system to be implimented with next WoW patch

In a post from Slorkuz in the official EU World of Warcraft forums, he states that the new Battle.net system will be implemented with patch 3.3.5 which will also release a new raid for players: The Ruby Sanctum. The new Battle.net system is set to have some great features that will help connect players better between all three Blizzard titles. So great news huh? Not if you live outside of North America. Slorkuz goes on to say however that Europe, Korea and Taiwan will receive the patch approximately a week later. The comments from players are less than happy on the matter, and I could see why. The patch is currently on the test realm and many feel

    Review: Alpha Protocol (PS3)

Sure, Alpha Protocol has some innovation. But one larger question will stand in your way when it comes to getting every ounce of possible enjoyment out of the title. Rating: M Players: 1 Genre: “Spy RPG” Publisher: SEGA Developers: Obsidian Entertainment Release Date: June 1, 2010 (US), May 28, 2010 (PAL) RENT In Alpha Protocol, you are Michael Thorton, rookie member of a black ops team known (rather appropriately) as Alpha Protocol. If you don’t know exactly what black ops are, well, it means that this team performs operations in the U.S. government’s interest but without falling under their jurisdiction. This strategy gives the United States plausible deniability should any of their operations become less than covert. In that case, the organization will be dissolved, and the people…well, they’re disposable. After the game hammers in that point for a bit, you find out exactly what it means to be abandoned

Is English failing because of Social Networking?

I believe that the only way to begin this article is by stating that, I majored in English at University, and have been an English teacher for the last two years. It wasn’t too long ago that I had a friend who taught English at the university level ask me, “What are you doing to the kids? They can’t write.”  Of course, I smiled, crooked my head to one side and said. “To be honest with you, I don’t know.” I have been attempting in these last two years, to help develop my student’s writing abilities and trust me, it is not an easy task.  “ur” is You’re or Your, “@” is at, and BTW is often the way sentences are started. Capitalization is no longer used, and when it does get used, it’s sparingly.  Sentence fragments are all too common and there is rarely any use of punctuation, except to
