Make your own story in “Etrian Odyssey III”

Atlus have started releasing a series of video shorts for Etrian Odyssey II, out for Nintendo DS on September 21. The first one, released today, is all about the game’s storytelling.

The biggest thing about it is that you pick what the story is. You do what you want. Does fishing seem like a good idea? How about a few quests, or some mapmaking? You get to decide. Everyone starts from the same point, but from there, it’s all you.

Future videos will feature character creation, combat, quests, mapmaking and more, but you can watch the first one here:
