Building a Computer Step 2: Putting it Together

By: MissDJM

This is the second step in my mini-series on How to Build a Computer. In this video I talk about the basic steps of putting the parts together, the simple tools you need and give you a good foundation on where and how to start assembling your rig.

Although I still highly suggest you go through and read the manuals for specific instructions and details on your items.

If you haven’t already here is my previous article How to Build a Computer: The Plan. There I talk about and explain the process of planning and picking out your components and what to look for.

Tools needed for assembly:

  • a phillips screwdriver
  • grounding/static strap
  • zip ties
  • a work space
  • lots of patience

Any questions or suggestions please drop me a comment. Any and all criticism is welcomed. :)

Video Note: I really wanted to avoid splitting my video like my previous entry. So I really had to cut a lot to abide by YouTube’s rules of less than 10 minutes long. So please if there is something unclear let me know so I can clarify them for you.

LOL, Thanks. Decided to chop off all 8" and donate it to Locks of Love. Not like I do anything special to my long hair other than a pony tail or bun so might as well get rid of it.

This has nothing to do with the computer you're building, but your hair looks amazing!!
