Starting today, 13 Macy’s locations around the United States will be offering exclusive previews of Microsoft’s Kinect motion gaming peripheral.

If your local Macy’s is one of the select few, you can give Kinect a test drive during the following hours:

Thursday: noon-8 p.m.
Friday: noon-8 p.m .
Saturday: noon-8 p.m.
Sunday: noon-6 p.m.

So, most weekdays are out, but a lot of us are going to have to travel to these locations, anyway. (I know my closest Macy’s with a Kinect is three hours away.) Who does that on a weekday, right?

The promotion ends on September 20. In the meantime, if you want to win a Kinect from Macy’s, there’s a contest for that. They’re giving away one a day from Aug. 12 to Sept. 10.
