“The Sims Medieval” trailer debuts with a knight of romance

The latest trailer for EA’s new Sims series, The Sims Medieval, has a little taste of everything – castles, swashbuckling, romance and even a knighting.

It even comes with a taste of a release date: March 2011. (That’s starting to turn into a busy month.)
