“Call of Duty: Black Ops” gets its own Jeep

Normally, an article like this might be about some limited edition Jeep DLC coming to the game. But this is actually DLC for your real life. If you’ve got $30,000 lying around, that is.

The 2011 Jeep Wrangler Call of Duty: Black Ops Edition features rugged military styling in every color available (as long as that color is black).

“The Jeep brand’s partnership with Activision marries the world’s most capable and iconic vehicle – the Jeep Wrangler – with one of the world’s most popular entertainment experiences,” said Mike Manley, President and CEO of Jeep. “As a result, we are able to expose the Jeep brand and its legendary capability to an entirely new group of consumers.”

Based on the Rubicon model, the car features a fully-upgraded interior, including Bluetooth and an in-car Media Center, which streams Bluetooth audio. The car also features Mopar accessories and a fully black interior. (This is Black Ops, after all.) The exterior features a few tiny Call of Duty: Black Ops logos.

In the event that you don’t have that much money to blow – that’s okay. Jeep vehicles will be featured in the game itself, out November 9.
