Alabama tornado hits close to home

Yesterday two of our staff members, Tiffany (aka @kweenie) and Tiara (aka @GamesAre4Girls) were unfortunate enough to experience the tornado that went through Alabama. “I woke up this morning and it felt like everything that happened yesterday was just a nightmare. I still don’t know if I’m actually awake, but I do know that I’m very lucky to be alive, either way,” said Tiffany. Thankfully, both of them and their families are all safe and well. As a former “Tornado Alley” resident after hearing all of the bad stuff brewing I was nervous, as were the rest of the staff here. Once the tornado passed through, Tiffany went out and shot video of some of the destruction that occurred only a few blocks from her home.

The devastation from tornadoes is always bad, especially the larger ones like what has been determined to have hit Tuscaloosa. All of us at Gaming Angels feel deeply for those who lost their homes, friends or family members. If you would like to help in any way, we encourage to donate to the Red Cross.
