    It’s never too early for E3 news…Kinect style

    You have a Kinect?  Are you looking for news on E3 about Kinect games?  The Microsoft press conference is not until tomorrow, but already news and videos are coming out.     Magical Realism Selected Shorts with Neil Gaiman

    There is something magical about hearing a story. Not a story someone embroiders just for the telling, or a tale someone recounts of their past misadventures or what happened to them at lunch this past Wednesday — an actual story, from a book, that someone reads to you. It’s an early memory of many people, an often treasured memory of childhood and the warmth of bedtime, maybe a teddy bear or a glass of milk, and someone’s rich, loving voice reading out the words on the pages so your imagination can fill in the gaps.     What AT&T Data Caps could mean to you

    AT&T confirmed this week that they are implementing caps on their broadband services. In the United States, they are the first provider to take that step. AT&T DSL subscribers will be limited to 150 GB of uploads and downloads per month. U-Verse subscribers will be limited to 250GB. If you exceed the monthly caps three times, you will be charged $10 for every 50GB above the cap. AT&T is using this method to reign in heavy data users. To get to their limits of 150GB and 250GB they ran tests to see what their customers were using. While other providers haven’t followed suit just yet, you can be they are watching very carefully.     Online Game of the Week – Zombie Dolls

    This week’s OGOTW is a zombie-lite game in which one little guy has to defend his backyard from hordes of zombified dolls with various weapons and barricades. The light hearted music and little “ow”s that come from the zombies are a pleasant contradiction to the point of the game, which makes it more amusing – at least to me. Enjoy!
