This October, if you’ve not yet played Red Dead Redemption, you’ll get a chance to catch up completely, thanks to the release of a Game of the Year Edition on October 11 in North America (and October 14 internationally). The game apparently racked up over 160 Game of the Year awards from various outlets.
“We wanted to create a world that captured the spirit of the Western,” said Sam Houser, Founder of Rockstar Games. “We are thrilled that Red Dead Redemption’s vision of the West resonated with so many people.”
This release includes the retail game and all downloadable content ever released for multiplayer and single play modes. This release also includes Solomon’s Folly and its associated challenges for Xbox 360 owners.
