    Raptr uses data for Call of Duty vs Battlefield 3 battle

    The eternal battle heard on Twitter and Facebook for the last few months is now settled by Raptr. Or is it? Well Raptr is trying with data that it’s collected from their registered users. The data sample is large at 10 million members and based on the tracked gameplay data, Raptr users logged 40% more playtime in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 than Battlefield 3. The stats seem specific to Xbox 360 players however. What is interesting is that Raptr users voted that DICE is a more innovative developer than Infinity Ward. “The battle for dominance for the first-person shooter market in 2011 is clearly in Activision’s favor,” said Dennis Fong, CEO of Raptr. “EA made a valiant effort evangelizing its fan base and generating massive support around the launch of Battlefield 3.     Call of Duty Branded Controller and Headset

    PDP (Performace Design Products) has created a headset and controller that would make any Call of Duty fan jump for joy.  PDP has created Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 branded wireless controller for the Playstations 3 and a Call of Duty: Black Ops branded wireless headset for the Wii. To begin with, the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Collectors Edition controller for the Playstation 3. Would be considered one stylish controller. This controller features analog sticks which are concave  and a D-Pad which is fully functional. The style is much like the “old school” D-pads, of earlier controller of the gaming era. Not only are the gamin button features there, the style is beautiful with the black and carbon colouring, grips on the handles, and the “night vision” green glow of the MW3 logo.  The controller retails for 49.99.
