Glossy white Xbox 360 starts shipping today

Over on Major Nelson’s blog, he’s taken the time to announce a new “Special Edition 4GB Kinect Family Bundle” for Xbox 360.

The bundle contains one of each of the following, all in glossy white: an Xbox 360 4GB console, a Kinect sensor, an Xbox 360 wireless controller and a copy each of Kinect Sports and Kinect Adventures. The console also includes three months of Xbox LIVE Gold.

All of that for the usual bundle price of $299.99. Nice, especially if you’ve been waiting for a white Kinect.

The bundle’s controller will also go on sale separately for $49.99.

This starts shipping today, except in Europe and Brazil, where residents will have to wait a few months.
