If you wanted World of Warcraft and StarCraft on your kitchen table, it probably wasn’t like this…

Blizzard and USAopoly announced a brand-new partnership today that will bring your favorite Blizzard franchises to the tabletop. Monopoly: World of Warcraft and Risk: StarCraft will bring a new look to classic games.

The WoW version of Monopoly will allow you to fight over iconic real estate locales, like the Twilight Highlands and Swamp of Sorrows. You’ll ultimately battle over the Horde and Alliance capitals of Orgrimmar and Stormwind. This game will make its debut this week at the 109th annual Toy Fair in New York City. On the World of Warcraft Facebook page, you’ll be able to vote for the game’s tokens, with several options available, such as Murky and Mechagnome.

This game will retail for $39.95.

On the other hand, Risk: StarCraft will allow you to play as Terran, Protoss or Zerg factions in three game modes featuring over 290 custom pieces. Not as much information is available about this game, but it should be available this summer for $49.95.

gamingangels That's far better than the ACTUAL WoW boardgame. To which my friends said, "You know this would make a GREAT computer game."
