    Mojang and ZeniMax kiss and make up

    A settlement has been reached between ZeniMax and Mojang that will allow the Minecraft developer to use the name “Scrolls” for its new digital card game. ZeniMax originally filed the lawsuit following an application for a “Scrolls” trademark by Mojang. Problem was, it sounded a little too similar to The Elder Scrolls. You know. Something you might have been playing recently if you’re most gamers on the planet. Under the terms of the settlement, the “Scrolls” trademark now belongs to ZeniMax, and the company is allowing Mojang to use the name solely in conjunction with its current digital card game and any add-on material for that game.
