Phil Harrison, a former Sony executive, has joined Interactive Entertainment Business. As corporate vice president, Harrison is expected to grow the European division.

Harrison will also oversee Lionhead Studios, Soho Productions and Rare Ltd, bringing 25 years of experience to Microsoft. In addition to his console experience, Harrison brings mobile and social expertise to his new position.
