Toonami is BACK on May 26th

Well Toonami fans, Adult Swim has answered your prayers.

Returning on May 26th is the exciting block of action cartoons and anime. Adult Swim’s April Fools Joke was to play their old Toonami block for one night which set the internet afire as fans told other fans resulting in no one sleeping. Now, Adult Swim has recently announced that the block will be returning.

Toonami was one of the few sources for great anime back in the day. It showed the likes of Dragonball, Dragonball Z, Sailor Moon, Yu Yu Hakasho, Outlaw Star, several Gundam titles, etc. Twenty-something anime fans probably owe quite a lot to Toonami and, now, we get to relive those sleepless Saturday nights of our youth.

It is unsure if Toonami will run alongside the current Adult Swim programming, but we shall all find out on May 26.
