As stated by one of our editors at GA said “Workflow must be going down all over the place.”, and to be honest, who can blame you? These angry birds are everywhere! I do mean everywhere. This beautifully addicting game is available for most smartphone platforms (iPhone, and Android) and can be downloaded onto the iPod. As of today is has been announced that the game will be available for the Google Chrome web browser, as well as the Chrome O/S. For those of you who don’t know, Angry Bird is an addicting bird flinging game, where you aim birds at structures to destroy that will destroy green pigs….you arch nemesis! What makes this version a little different then previous versions of the game is the fact that there is little homage to the Chrome version with little hints of chrome in the environment, as well as new levels for

Blazing the Tech Trail: The Girl Scouts using Technology
I am a sucker for Girl Scout cookies. (In Canada, we have Girl Guides) I mean not, a little bit of a sucker, I mean HUGE sucker. I am unsure if it is the fact that I pitied the poor girls, lugging those boxes of cookies from door to door. Either, they had a wagon, or a huge box which they carried by hand as they knocked on my door. The pity is long stemmed from the fact that I was ONE of those girls, lugging the box around, because, you know, it builds character. The other factor, could be the fact that milk and cookies has been a staple in my “snack” selection. None the less, a smile spread across my face, as I would pay the five dollars to get a nice box of the icing sandwich cookies, or if it was close to Christmas, the Mint cookies.

I don’t care what anyone says, you buy a protective carrying case for your gadget based on style and function. You don’t want to carry around your gadget in a case that does not suit your personal style. Skooba has introduced a new line of gadget carrying cases for the female population in mind. Missed Manners: Mobile Etiquette is in Decline
Imagine if you will, you have been invited out to dinner with some friends. Some of these friends you haven’t seen in ages. You sit down, order drinks, and then as you look around the table, you see them. Cell phones. They are perched on the table, right next to the silverware. The conversation begins, and then all of a sudden, BRRRING!! There’s a call or text, that brings conversation to a grinding halt. The focus is thrown, and so is any semblance of getting back to the conversation. We wait while the person either types their message back, or chats very loudly at the table. So, what ends up happening is, instead of conversing with others while we wait, everyone else then turns to their cell phones to play a game, check their mail or to do list. It’s like a downward spiral which, we believe is socially acceptable.
