Happy post Halloween. I hope everyone had a great time! Did you remember that we gained an hour? I forgot and did nothing productive with it. lol

I want to know what video game costumes did you see last night? I didn't see any!

Mortal combat characters were popular around here with younger boys.

Two people were dressed up as Mario. That was the only game character that I saw, when handing out candy.

We didn't even get any kids at our place, and the mother in law only had 1 trick or treater.

Its so sad that its not like it was 20 years ago when I'd start at 6pm and go until almost 9pm.

I wonder if more kids are going to events versus trick or treating in their neighborhood?

I dressed up as a Hunter from Left 4 Dead… and some little kid came up to me and asked: "Are you an emo?"

Yeah… it was weird. There weren't that many kids out, which is pretty much why 8 of us linked 2 xbox 360s and played left 4 dead and halo all night…

most families I know go to a church or school or neighborhood party vs trick or treating. a lot of people around here dont pass out candy and neighborhoods aren't full of kids like they used to be. We still trick or treat because my MIL's neighborhood is very kid friendly on halloween. The Lions Club has a free hotdog stand and the local cable tv has a camera filming trick or treaters and the houses that are decked out… which they are amazing on her block. One house has Freddy, Michael Myers, leather face w/ chainsaw, and this year they had a bed on the drive with Regan from The Exorcist. All sorts of scary guys. Its like walking up to a haunted house, they chase the teenagers down the street, its a pretty good time to just watch lol

At the party I went to there was a guy dressed as a PvZ zombie. He had gone to the NYC Village Halloween Parade where he said they played a live PvZ game complete with astro turf lol

I saw several Marios and Luigis. I was a Hunter from L4D, and my son was Ash Ketchum. Mostly, I saw Bumblebee from Tranformers and the dude from Bakugan!

There weren't many people giving out candy here either. And when I went to buy candy, I saw people buying Christmas stuff! Halloween just seems to be getting smaller and smaller. :(

You know it isn't easy living here on Skullcrusher Mountain.

Doesnt it seem like Christmas is taking over???

We still wait to put up our tree and decorations til Thanksgiving weekend. But some people around here begin right after Halloween now.

Well, my bf and I were Ghostbusters and when we went to the mall we saw alot of Marios, a Waluwigi, Master Chief and various little Mortal Kombat looking ninjas (all children). We just dressed up to go to the mall since we thought it would be fun, it was…a ton of people hum the theme song to you ^_^
