Oh yes! In fact I am part bionic.

Tony Hawk Shred of course…..I was just released 2010

How do feel when you are snowboarding and listening to your tunes?

Like all the insane beauty was packaged up just for me with my tunes, my mountain, my sound disc and my board. It’s one of my favorite experiences especially when you discover a new tune through Shazam and then its suddenly streaming through your own speakers, so great.

What are your favorite headphones or ear buds at Aerial7?

Actually I like the sound disc. Partially because I am a big fan of headwear, any season and also because you can still hear if need be to the outside world or like with snowboarding for example I like to hear the sound of the board slashing down the mountain.

Do you have anything to offer women who can’t get earbuds in their too tiny ears?

Our new Neo earbud which will be out this summer is smaller in size but carries the same punch as normal size earbuds. They come with a double dome ear tip that fits better in smaller ears plus is comfy for long term use. Aside from a great new product called the Neo, the sound disc is amazing which is a slotted hat or beanie that houses sound discs the Phoenix which is a light weight, compact over ear headphone with a 44mm driver such great sound for the size. Also our Tank, DJ headphone is unisex offering a variety of styles from DJ Loli’s studded headphone to a special Hello Kitty collaboration.

Is there a good sounding product for iPads?

All of our headphones work with apple products and we actually took the liberty of adding a mic to ALL of our headphones as well since we know how much Apple lovers use skype.

All of our product is designed by our creative team who draws inspiration from music, action sports and fashion!

Are there new products that you can tell us about?

We have new colors coming out in some of our existing lines plus our new NEO ear bud. Then we also have a few new products that will come out late summer/fall timeframe!

Will Aerial7 be getting more into apparel?

We will certainly continue to develop the sound disc offering which does involve apparel on some level however the main focus is quality sounding electronics that last, are comfortable and functional for all the things we like to do.

One of the main selling points about the BlackBerry PlayBook is the rock solid operating system called  QNX . Each week seems to bring another story of how Android based devices have leaked information, been back-doored or hacked. You most likely won’t hear that about the PlayBook.

I remember years ago when I found this perfect nail polish in a store. Of course, no price tag on either the bottle or the shelf. I stood there looking for one of those bar code scanners. After enough annoyance, I gave up. Of course I bought the polish. I’m not talking about your old school foursquare, with chalk, a ball and too much aggression. I’m about about the moblie app, and web site designed for people on the move and who wish to explore.

For the longest time Foursquare was limited to a list of cities. If your city wasn’t on the list, then it was pretty much pointless to have the app.  Since then it’s been upgraded to the “Elsewhere” mode, where you can check-in no matter where you are.  People from all over, including my isolated self, can check in, give updates, become mayor and provide suggestions of things to do.   Yet the question is, why should I even bother?  What,  I really enjoy about this concept is that it is away to explore new cities while traveling, as well as the place you have lived all your life.  I found a wonderful coffee shop in the middle of nowhere because someone had checked in there and recommended the food. I also found an amazing used bookstore, and a bakery in the middle of a national park. Of course, when you find something cool, that you think others should enjoy then why not share? Also, many places are offering discounts, or specials if you are the mayor or check in to their establishment such as: a free beer, discounts on food, theater, events and many others.  Also, if you are using the app on your smartphone, then when you are close to these places, it will tell you what you have to do, or what the specials are.  Click the link if you wish to have a full list of mayor specials.

One of the biggest questions is “how do you check in?” Of course there are many ways, one way is to download the app for your iPhone, Android, or Blackberry .  If you don’t have one of these fun smartphones, then you can still check in using the web application on your phone.  You arrive at a place, check in and it notifies all your friends on Foursquare where you are.

Though it sounds like a little bit like Big Brother from 1984, there are ways for you to check in while, being “Off the grid”  This way you can get the points to check in, receive badges and become mayor even if you are on a date or want to keep a low profile for studying.
Also, Foursquare can be connected to your Facebook or Twitter account in order to let ever you tech loving friends where you too.

In the end, what does all this mean? Well, its a great interactive way to explore cities, find specials, and to let friends in on where you too, and what to expect when you get there.

There is nothing like a little bit of marketing analysis to get the day started right. As it stands now, many people are buying smartphones. I am sure if you poll the staff members at Gaming Angels.com, a number of us have smartphones. The difference is, that according to a report by David Luu entitled Handheld Device Convergence, we are still buying different deviced for different functions. If you look at my bag for travel, or for work, I have a number of items in there. I have a laptop, A DS, and Ipod, a digital camera and a cell phone. Yes, I carry a large bag.

Taken from the report is the fact that by 2013 there will be about 1 billion users of smart phones by 2013.

Last year, mobile phone ownership exceeded four billion users – which equates to nearly 60% of the world’s population. And in the face of a handset market which is slowing on the whole, smartphone sales are rising fast, with our year-end forecasts for 2009 showing smartphone sales representing 17% of total handset shipments. By 2013, more than one billion people will own a smartphone.

What is occurring is that the cell phone is equipped with more and more devices. Cameras, music players, and even gaming functions are available on many smartphones, such as the Iphone, Palm Pre, Blackberry and Andriod. Though currently these functions are in there primary stages, they are always being improved upon, and there will come a time where the phones function will be equal to the function of another single function device.
