VIZ Media Partners With Hot Topic To Support Death Note Live-Action Film Event

The live action feature film for Death Note is coming out from Viz Pictures later this month. Death Note features Light Yagami who finds the Death Note that is connected to Shigami Ryuk. With the death note he is able to kill off criminals to create a perfect society. Only things get complicated with L teams up with Light’s father to find “Kira”. I can not wait to see this in the theaters! But it will only be there for two days! Death Note statues from Sideshow Collectibles

Sideshow Collectibles has the best crafted statues. I would be broke if I looked at their site more often. Today I found these amazing statues of L and Light from the manga/anime Death Note. CraftLabel has actually used real fabric for parts of the character. At 12″ high, Light is pretty impressive. He carries both the Death Note an apple which means that the Shinigami is near by. Live Action Death Note coming to DVD

Viz has been screening the live action Death Note movie and it’s almost ready to be released. While the trailer is in English, the movie will be in Japanese with English subtitles. The dvd is planned for release later in the year. Death Note is an amazing story where Light finds a notebook (Death Note) that gives him the ability to kill anyone at will. He just needs to know their face and their name. L is the detective that is trying to find out who is behind the killing spree.
