Getting your comic fix just got easier. In my case, it means catching up on old comics just got easier. Sony has announced that Playstation Network will now carry digital comics for DC titles. Comics will be priced from $0.99 to $2.99 per issue that include Batman: Hush, Green Lantern: Rebirth, Fables: Legends in Exiles and Planetary: All Over the World and Other Stories, as well as comics that are exclusive to PlayStation Network such as Free Realms, God of War, Resistance, and Superman/Batman. Can’t wait to get caught up on Fables!

“Outside of my work as a comic book creator and Co-Publisher, I’m an avid gamer,” said Jim Lee, DC Comics Co-Publisher. “Making our comics available through Sony’s PlayStation Network digital comics offers a perfect opportunity for us to reach a new, different kind of reader.”

Comics can be downloaded using any wi-fi spot with the PSP. All PSP modules should upgrade their firmware to 6.20 to get the Digital Comics icon on the XMB.

What DC comic would you download first?

2K Games announced today their plans to quickly update and expand BioShock 2 single and multiplayer modes via several downloadable content packs. The first of these is the Sinclair Solutions Test Pack, available this March from Xbox Live Marketplace (for 360 and PC) for 400 Microsoft Points and from the PlayStation Network for £3.19 (Roughly $4.99, I’d wager). This expansion isn’t the only one, but it is only the first. Additional content packs will become available over the next few months.

The Sinclair Solutions Test Pack contains a number of customization features that will allow players to further their character’s development in BioShock 2’s multiplayer modes and provide a deeper multiplayer experience. The pack includes:

• Rank Increase to level 50 with Rank Rewards
• New playable characters: Louie McGraff and Oscar Calraca
• 20 new trials (available at rank 41+)
• A third weapon upgrade for each weapon
• Five additional masks (available at rank 41+)

The single player experience will also be extended to provide additional insight into the world of Rapture. These packages will include more narrative, new tools and new challenges that extend the lore and fiction of the failed Utopia under the sea.

Sadly, late last night in the Bioware forums a message went out from Chris Priestly, Bioware’s Community Coordinator, that the new DLC scheduled for release today, is delayed. This is sad news for those of us looking forward to seeing what life has in-store for our Grey Wardens.

Here’s the message:

Hello Dragon Age fans,

We’re sorry but the planned Return to Ostagar downloadable content scheduled to launch on January 5th has been delayed for all platforms.

We will update you as new information becomes available.

You can follow the conversation on the Bioware forums, here. In the meantime, use this time wisely to get more characters to the end of the game, and ready for the DLC when it does release.

EA has announced plans for downloadable content for Fight Night Round 4. The first DLC pack will be available for free to Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 users by early August. The DLC will include a new training gym, new gameplay sliders and new equipment. Xbox 360 users get an exclusive alternate version of Sugar Ray Leonard.

An update will be coming in September that will allow gamers to use face buttons on the 360 and PS3 game controllers to throw punches, hooks, uppercuts and haymakers.

“The depth and variety of new content we have planned this summer is going to make one of the most critically acclaimed games on the market even better,” said senior producer, Dean Richards. “Among the new content in development, our new button control scheme will give fans a choice for how they want to throw punches in the game. We strongly believe that the refined Total Punch Control is the most intuitive way to throw punches in Fight Night Round 4, but we also want fans of the franchise to have an option.”

Bethesda has announced that Fallout 3 for the Playstation 3 will be getting DLC starting this June. Operation: Anchorage will be released for the PS3 in late June and then The Pitt and Broken Steel will follow 4-6 weeks apart. Which gives you plenty of time to explore.

The announcement also included a tidbit about future downloadable content! Point Lookout and Mothership Zeta will be coming to all three platforms (Xbox 360, PC, and PS3).

· Point Lookout – Explore a massive new swampland area filled with new quests and content.
· Mothership Zeta – The aliens have returned, and they’re pissed. Experience an alien abduction first hand and find out if you’re tough enough to survive.

Point Lookout will be available in late June for Xbox 360 and PC at 800 MS Points or $9.99. Mothership Zeta will be in late July for Xbox 360 and PC with the same cost. Both will be following the current PS3 downloadable content release time schedule.
