    Viz Media announced on Friday the simulcast of Accel World on Viz Media website. The first episode is embedded below and a new episode will be released every Friday. Accel World follows Haruyuki who is a bullied kid. He doesn’t enjoy his real life and escapes to a virtual world. In this anime, kids are always hooked onto the internet through gear around their neck. Haruyuki sometimes disappears onto this online world where he is the best at an in-game squash game. One day the most popular girl takes an interest in him. She convinces Haruyuki to install a program that will forever change his real life.     Delays for some Capcom games in 2010

    Sad news for some gamers. Capcom recently announced in an investor’s document that Street Fighter IV, Lost Planet 2 and Monster Hunter Tri will not be released in Q1 of 2010. There is no scheduled release date for these games aside from sometime in 2010. Other title release dates seem to be on track for 2010. The new release dates are being chalked up to Capcom wanting to maintain their high standards for releases. But whatever the reason I’m sure that there will be some upset fans over the pushback for release. Here’s hoping that we see them in at least Q2! Source Follow

    Super Street Fighter IV confirmed

    GameSpot has art and video that confirms Super Street Fighter IV is a new, standalone title. The title will have eight new characters and some tweaks based on community feedback. Interesting that it’s an all new title instead of DLC. The Yoshinori Ono says that the changes are so extensive that a new disc release was necessary. It’s due in Spring 2010 for the PS3 and 360.     Big Street Fighter IV news coming tomorrow

    A teaser site from Capcom promises some exciting news for fans of Street Fighter IV. The news should come tomorrow but what it is about, we’re not sure. The link itself does say new warrior. has images of a brand new character, a dark-haired girl who loves purple. The rumors are that it may be a new game, with Super Street Fighter IV coming up in discussion. But for now, Capcom has, “no comment”. So we’ll wait for tomorrow. Follow
