Halloween costume recommendations from the Gaming Angels

Halloween is my absolute favorite holiday of the year, and planning my costume tends to start about a year in advance! And I’m not alone as my fellow staffer Rachel enjoys it as well!  So if you’re stuck on what to be this year, or even looking to plan for next year we have put together some lists on some costumes! Rachel’s video game costume recommendations Alyx Vance (Half-Life) – Alyx was developed as a very identifiable character, and that comes across on the ease of her outfit. Grab some jeans and boots, which everyone should have. For her top, a simple grey sweatshirt with a black design on it works. Her jacket is a bit harder to find, but all you’d need is a dark brown heavy duty work jacket, accessorized with ductape on the right shoulder. Wear your hair back with a headband, throw on a necklace, and

Blood Energy Potion for all you tired vampires out there

Perhaps the Vampire fandom is out of control when products like this are being made. Blood Energy Potion is a synthetic blood beverage that provides a shot of energy. Served in a transfusion style bag, the energy shot has the same color, look and consistency as the real thing. “If you’re suffering from Bloodlust, it’s important to remember that you are not alone,” said Aaron Rasmussen, co-founder and vice president of marketing, Harcos. “We created Blood Energy Potion to help control the symptoms of Bloodlust so you can get back to your non-life without worrying about the fate of your loved ones when those hunger pangs strike.” The company behind Blood Energy Potion are the same gamer geeks that brought us Mana Energy Potion. They say that the potion is fruit-punch flavored and provides up to four hours of energy. The transfusion bag is re-sealable for “Vampirism on the go”.

Ever since, for days during Harvest Revel, the sky goes dark and the people of Atreia join in the hunt. Asmodians celebrate the bounty through the Wild Hunt, racing after the Wild Kurthanir hunt leader and cooking special dishes made from the meat. On the
